Become a Parent Volunteer!
- Complete the online Volunteer/Partner Screening and Badge Request Form to start the process. Filling out this form is required every year.
- Create an account and request a background check directly from the Sterling Volunteers website. In order for APS to pay for the background check, all applicants must use the following “good deed code” when requesting the screening: aps301v
NOTE: After completing the request form, the confirmation screen will show you a link to the Sterling Volunteers website. Follow that link and you will have to log in using your established login credentials for that platform to request the background check.
- Send an electronic copy of your photo ID and a current picture of yourself to Maggie at [email protected]. No pictures of pictures or pictures with filters will be accepted.
